      Like Stevie pointed out, if this was done in reverse (a couple of white folks talking about how they want an all white halftime show and that the one black artist there is a "token" black guy), they'd be crucified. And rightfully so. I'm sure these two women would be among the first to call racism too. So yeah it's pretty sickening to see/hear them be so blatantly racist here. They're straight up saying they don't want a single white recording artist on stage, and scoffed at the fact that other white artists performed in recent halftime shows with black artists (Coldplay, Madonna, Justin Timberlake, etc.). The level of hypocrisy is mind blowing.

    It's super weird how as a black man I never even thought about the skin colour of the performers, For me it was just a win for the culture.
    For me first I heard Dre n Snoop, Then Kendrick n Mary-J, Then I heard Em as well and I thought this will be the best half-time show ever.

      I'm just saying Eminem's first two albums with Dre going multi-platinum each gave Dre and his career a huge boost and most likely motivated him to release 2001, Em's verses on it are also the most popular songs on the album and Eminem ghost wrote like 75% of Dres rapping on it. So the album would've sounded arguably much different without Em.
      Not saying Dre wouldn't of had a comeback without Em but he definitely helped and probably took a lot of pressure off Dre's shoulders. Since Dre's last two projects didn't do that well, so this one (2001) needed to blow up.

Taking into consideration that Detroit has an African American majority and is highly poverty stricken - it’s these very people that the foundation is helping.
      The moms spaghetti pop up that fed nurses and hospital staff during Covid - is that not him donating to the community?
      Check out the statement from the CEO form Wolverine Human Services - eminem was revealed as an anonymous donator (around $200,000 over a two year span at the time of the article in 2013) to children from Michigan that were in need.
      These are just a couple of examples but
      it’s good to gather facts before publicly writing a statement. The man isn’t Florence Nightingale but to say he’s not donated shit to the community is misinformation.
