In 2018 Gary had a cardiac double bypass May 6 (let side of body) and Kidney cancer surgery June 13 taking 1/3 of his right kidney and a mass as big as a pingpong ball or bigger maybe (right side). So this is a very special song so appropriate for his medical challenges. He has victoriously triumphed over type 1 diabetes for 41 years ! God is the best companion, friend and partner ! I love you ! 💕

I actually also dedicate the song "I will be here" to my kids. I want them to know that no matter what, I will always be here for them coz they are God's gift. And I can also relate so much with the song "Warrior is a Child" I have been though a lot as well, still battling depression and anxiety from time to time. Most people say that they look up to me coz I am such a strong woman, but at the end of the day when I am just alone they don't know that I crumble, that I get so exhausted that I just cry it all out, then go ahead and wear that mask again the next day.

When my late Husband died last 2016 the Song Warrior is Child was played while he was being cremated its painful though but the more i grab hold more to God the pain of his passing away just goes away one day at a time just letting that faith in Him grow each day 🙏
