Unfaithful and Unpaid

The plaintiff and defendant dated each other even though the defendant is 22 years older than her. They moved in together and agreed to split the bills. They broke up after she cheated on the defendant, but she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant refuses to pay because of the plaintiff’s infidelity.
