Hi dude, yeah this is a mental pocket rocket 🚀 😄 Glad you kept it clean, wouldn't want your comment going in the bin! Glad you liked the video my friend, best to you and your family too mate 👍
The chassis looks nice and clean, I like all the separate electronics. Oil shocks, adjustable toe. These companies are really listening to the complaints. It only costs a bit more to have really good components. 2S is sufficient. 3S is insane. This little buggy is a beast. 37mph is excellent. Our formula: Advertised speed divided by 2 does not apply. Did well on the dirt. You launched it off that one jump in slow mo. Great basher, great vid. I may have to get one of these 😀
Hi Paul, yes one of the reasons I really like this one is because of the hobby grade electronics. And the excellent chassis specification, it feels like a "proper" buggy! Hehe, yes our old formula doesn't work on this beast, especially on 3S!!! I was amazed at how far it jumped off those little dirt ridges. Speed has a lot to do with it! It certainly wont disappoint, buddy! Take care :)
Hello, Mark. I thought that you guys did a great job of comparing this buggy with its brushed predecessor and pointing out all the detail differences. And what a buggy it is - it's absolutely wicked on 3S!
@@MarkBryanRC My 1:16 Slash goes zooming along, and then, for no apparent reason, suddenly it's tumbling end-over-end just as this buggy did. However, it cost a fortune to get that kind of performance back then, and this little buggy offers inexplicable forward rolls for a far more reasonable price.
Ah, Mark, one thing I noticed, your grass is totally scorched, what a summer you had there! I remember we had summers like that but this year we had enough rain in the mix to keep it all green... Cool buggy and of course good Saturday morning entertainment for me, you and Rob are great fun as always. I know my money is going towards the Tamiya kits mostly, I will skip these new things. But I reckon there's a lot of kids getting this one, with its aluminium shin breaker ram thing on it, ha ha! Have a great weekend there, buddy!
Haha 😄 shin breaker ram thing!!! Thanks Mads, that made me laugh!!! But yeah, lots of folks love these little bashers so I'm happy to test them! Oh, the weather here has been so hot 🔥 and dry, we really need some rain but I think there is more hot weather to come 😅 anyway thanks for the great comment mate, hope it's been a good one there!
Hi Mark, I gotta say it's a real bonus that this buggy has a separate ESC / receiver rather than those 2 in 1 affairs. I think most of the small Axial trucks have a combined unit and it completely put me off getting the Yeti Junior. 36mph, that's nuts for such a small vehicle and congrats on your excellent driving skills on the concrete. If that had been me it would have wound up in the far bushes, never to be seen again. In many ways this reminds me of the Traxxas 1/16 E-Revo - looks, speed, durability, fun factor but for a quarter of the price. You can't beat these for value. Great stuff as always dude...😁👍🏻😁👍🏻.
Hi mate, you know, it only seems like a little thing but I totally agree that having a separate ESC & receiver really raises this buggy into the hobby grade arena. As you say, for the price this thing is well specified and performance doesn't disappoint. But oh boy was I struggling to keep it straight on that speed test! Good job it's a tough bugger! Not tried the revo but it does sound similar in design. Anyway thanks for the top comment as ever and hope you have a great Sunday 👍 👌 😀

Hiya matey. Omg that does look a bit bonkers. I can see why you thought that the Tamiya Avante looked a bit slow. It's a different world with these 3s cars as I've found with the Arrma ones. They are rather bigger though so this little buggy must be quite a handful. If you can get this for under £100 then it must be worth it. Really good video that you put together here and always great to have you and Rob together. I'm pleased that you are getting sent things to review so you can keep the channel going without spending much. You were saying on a previous comment that you were feeling a bit better so I hope that continues. Tea time now which is curry so hoorah. Best wishes matey 😁
Hi Pete! Yeah, bonkers is the right word for this buggy. And you are right, we ran the Avante after this and it looked like it was in slow motion! A 1/16 scale going at 35+ mph is a real handful, I can tell you! But yeah, at 85 quid this think gives a lot of bang for your bucks and is very well built, too. I really appreciate the kind words mate, I know it's not a Tamiya but it still made me smile! That curry sounds good, gonna make a new batch of curries tomorrow. Enjoy the weekend my good mate! :))
Cool and informative video!! I am considering buying the Hyper Go (same version as yours) because it's a very good looking RC, almost like a model on a shelf. And the speed is another reason. I already have 4 RC cars and this will be my fastest if/when I buy it. By the way you can buy one of these for about 120 - 150 US dollars.
Thanks a ton, Mark! I gotta say this is a really good buggy, it's one of the few that I've been sent to review that I actually take out regularly for some fun!
