    I absolutely love your channel I subscribed when you first started .You are an amazing wife ,mother and the sweetest person ever !       We’ve delivered to Perry county and chambersburg which is the farthest we’ve been to.

    Lots of processed foods. So much sugar and HFCS. Didn't realize the Amish ate all that, I thought they were more on the "homemade" side of things. Modern clothing ' n all.

    Just love this channel. However without being slammed by other viewers her choice of healthy nutrition, isn’t the best too much sugar and sodium isn’t good. Way too much preservatives sugar and salt for growing children. I’m going to suggest getting more one ingredient choices including fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet. Avoid chips with added salty pkg flavorings. Offer diluted 1:1 ,100 percent juice , plain water ,cut up veggies with a healthy dip. Look at ingredients read labels. I understand culture and prices but these children will desire what they are given. Make meals simple kid friendly and avoid prepared pkg foods. Talk to a physician, nutritionist etc. This suggestion is given with love and concern not to be mean.
