Now, take every each of your negative statements and rewrite them positively - as existing positive statements, not "I wish" rather "I am"... Or statements like "I love the feeling of...." . 1st will feel stupid, but slowly things will start to change... Just keep doing it for several weeks and witness the positive changes in your feelings and life.
