I had my wife read the script, so I appreciate all your comments about how wonderful she sounds. If this does well and there is interest, we may do more along these lines. This reminds me of my daughter. She once wrote a me a quote page with many of these similar meaningful Strong empowering words for me and put it on our fridge so that we both would read everything day. I cry for not being able to see her right now. She is incredibly special to me. Please pray for me as I need her back in her Mama life. After going through a marriage separation, her Dad took control and prevented us from having shared parenting. Breaks my heart.
I listen to this video every single day. It helps me find myself amid the daily storms I keep facing. It reminds me of who I am- powerful and intelligent. It reminds me of dealing with the situation through the prism of these features described in this video.

Thank you for the affirmations. To all the women saying they’ve had to listen to the men’s affirmations... we all have masculine & feminine energy in us. If you have both balanced it wouldn’t matter which one you listen to, as your subconscious & conscious mind would be able to use masculine energy when needed such as thinking logically/ mental toughness or making important decisions etc. So listening to it actually awakes the masculine energy within you that’s been laying dormant.
hi,can you explain me what is mentall toughness ?I am not sure if that is neceserry mans skill,because many woman,eventough if they tired(for example from their paid or woluntary work),they still get up and go to care about their chidlren or household and that require a lot of strench,by body an dmind.or when other family mebers sleep or rest ,they go to kitchen and tidy,or work on their pc and that require slef dsicipline.
