Thy both support bowens mount light modifiers. This supports the use of Umbrella modifiers while the P100 does not. They both serve different purposes. for photography, I use the P230 Bi as my main light and the P100 as my fill light

How does the brigthness compares with the godox 150?
This one has 230W at full power, brighter than GODOX 150. Which i do own myself as well. P;lus the P230 can be easily used with their mobile app.

No it doesn't not. But there are so many light modifiers that work with mount (Bownes S-Mount)

IM not sure I understand your question. The light doesn't have any internal battery/power source.
