    Thank you for your meditations. I don't know if you will ever realize how much of a difference you have made in my life. I suffer from trauma and your meditations have been a go to for me.

    I was literally hiking thru the forest, found this, and he described each moment as if he were with me, enjoying my stroll.
    Thank you for keeping me company. It was beautiful 😍

    This meditation was amazing! I am at the forest, riding my bike and stopped to watch the ducks on the little creek. Put this meditation and closed my eyes. He described everything at the beggining. The sun hitting between the trees and the breeze. I put the volume down enough to hear the actual
    Nature in front of me and I kept my eyes open to apreciate everything! Namaste ❤

    i was drifting into sleep, which is what i wanted to do, after the first few minutes of silence. Then your voice returned with the word Great. the sharp tones of the consonants in this word startled me out of sleep and ignited my solar plexus. Then after the second few minutes of silence, you returned with the word Alright, another word with sharp edges. I suggest you drop both of these words and continue with the next words, which i believe were the softer As and And. To me, this would continue the soothing tone of this meditation instead of upsetting it with action-indicating words.i love the meditation but the sharp-edged words make me feel like I can't trust it. Thank you.

    My experience was this: I found myself in a peaceful place, a nice landscape of forest with a pure water river and sun peeking through the trees, somehow there were glowing green eyed elephants, then I heard a siren and then it became a haunted forest until I relaxed again, and then it ended with a warlock or something shooting purple lightning from his fingertips, Hmmm.. I need to get better at visualizing. But all in all it was good, it was pretty helpful.

    What’s the bird track

  • @mormongirl97
    @mormongirl97 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Recommendation: same track but with 40% less bird sounds after the guided meditation. It was like 4 birds chirping at a time, kinda stressed me out

    • @spookyoctober
      @spookyoctober 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Just find one without birds? 🤷🏻‍♀️ many of us find it calming. It’s a forest meditation, should probably expect to hear chirping.

      Because. His voice is relaxing. And it helps with anxiety and panic attacks and stuff and it's good. And it's good for sleeping

    Sorry, but your intonation, pace, and tonality are all no good. Music's good.
