Thank you Kristina! Love your tutorials and learn something every time! I have ordered your photoshop overlays, textures and looking forward to using them so this was so fun to find! Would love to learn more how to change backgrounds! If you were to have a course that included short projects every day to learn Photoshop, ( 30 lessons in 30 days!!) I bet a ton of us would sign up or buy...
This is an excellent tutorial beacause of Kristina's teaching style. I have seen many of these and the presenters either go too fast, do not speak clearly and assume that the viewer knows certain steps and does not explain them. I like the way that the details of ALL the steps are explained and has set the light bulb off in my head on not only using overlays but on using the different tools in photoshop to get the job done,
Agreed! It's very Goldilocksian ... not too fast, not too dummied down, just right! (Okay, so I may have taken some literary license with the Goldilocks porridge analogy).
Brian- this makes me happier than you know! I try extremely hard to explain things extensively while teaching. It fills my heart to know I’m succeeding.
Thx! I gained new insights re: how best to work with different features in Ps. Your demos with Selective Color, espec., helped me understand how that works better. I've been "playing with the sliders" in it. But now I know how to be more purposeful with that adjustment layer option.
Love love love your presentation. You explain very well and considerate to your audience in allowing the time to digest your processes while editing. I learned a few things. However, as a photographer the foreground added roses are a little distracting for me. Since the girl is sharper from the background anything in the foreground would be on her same level. I also get the fact that this is a more artistic image. Great video…

Loved the intro to selective color. I bet that takes some time to get right lol
not too much! once you use it a few times, you'll start to see how valuable it is!
Very nice - would love to see something about the use selective color in depth. Have a nice day ;-)

I’m so thrilled! It’s one of my favorite adjustment layers since it rarely requires masking! It’s a total time saver!
