Yeah sadly true. For those that do NOT have a TRC this tends to be the case as the GOV does not regulate very well people working on Business VIsas and is harder to track them for labor tax laws. One you get a TRC you are NOW registered under a Vietnamese tax number of some sort and the company has a VERY hard time tax envading at this point
