I have an idea for a hide and seek mode. When the game starts, a random 50% of players are immediately assigned to seeker and the other 50% are immediately assigned to hider. Whenever a seeker touches a hider, the hider turns into a seeker and the seeker turns into a hider (and is invincible and invisible for 5 seconds to escape). Rounds are a set amount of time, say 20 minutes per round. By the end of the round(s), whoever spent the most time in hider mode wins.
personally I don't like proximity chat because it strategically discourages players from talking... Players have negative incentive to talk if they want to win, which makes it boring
