ok dwarfism might happened here. but the construct interior is not reflecting dwarfism at all. also no document nor archaeology done in that area to support or differ the claims on "1500 years old". finally dwarf has legs. they can walk [DOH!!!] however you said no agriculture, then refer to two plants... well that is AGRICULTURE!.
