For the money, seems like your getting alot and much better hardware than other packs in its price range. If you need a bigger pack, kelty gives you the same kind of value for the money. If your looking for a hard use pack under a hundo, good luck. But dollar for dollar, this pack is a steal and well worth the money.
@@GabeCuello sure will, also: what about hiding the waist band behind this pocket on the back? Does the backpack feel awkward when you put it in there?
@@paulahoher7394 The heavier you go and more packed this pack is then the more likely it may feel a little distracting back there. Mostly due to the buckles or plastics. But for normal use, its no issue at all.
Thanks brother for the video. I agree about laptops in any bag to be fair. Everyone should use one of those protection laptop case bags for a laptop. I think something that expeiensive should always be extra protected.
I bought this pack as a day pack/get home bag for my vehicle. It's perfect for that. It's not too big yet can hold a decent amount of gear to get me to where ever I need to go. Nice review also.
Hey thank you. I legitimately just did that with another bag. Being prepared is so important and I have been slacking on this. This bag ain't bad for that goal (preparedness) either. I appreciate you taking the time to watch this by the way
I actually have the 35L version of this pack. It seems a little higher quality in certain areas, though I wish I had a rain cover that came with it. I've been looking for reviews to see if people have had the same issues as I do. In general, I like the pack, and there's enough MOLLE for me to figure it out, but the shoulder straps are uncomfortable as hell. I backpack with this pack, and no matter what I do, my backpack seems to sit super low on my back and really pulls on my shoulders. It's not good to be uncomfortable a mile into your hike, and is really saying something considering with INCLUDING food/fuel/water, I am never carrying more than 25 pounds fully loaded, and am usually closer to 16/17. Have you used it to ruck with yet? What do you think of the shoulder straps?
Hey! Everything you said is accurate. I love Mardingtop of all budget packs but because there's no solid structure to the these packs, there will be some "flimsiness" and therefore heavy stress on the shoulders. The pack was able to hold the cast Iron plates I own (65lbs; great stitching of shoulder straps as well) but as you mentioned, it drops fairly low (tailbone) and the included waist belt can only do so much because it's also flimsy (ie., not much padding or sturdiness). It's a nice edc pack for hiking gear perhaps but not ideal for heavy loads (stress on shoulders & poor padding) electronics such as headphones, laptop, or camera gear (due to NO padding or protection anywhere) & most certainly not for true tactical utilization.
@@GabeCuello Thanks for quick reply. I like the pack for what it is, and will probably keep it around as a backup or for car camping but I think for out on the trail I will unfortunately have to replace it.
If you're into tactical backpacks, I found one that hits ALL THE MARKS. Will be reviewing soon. However it is not budget friendly lol. Still, it will do it all and last.
Hi Jason, thanks for watching and supporting the channel. I no longer have this pack but... I did measure the patch I used before and it was still small for the pack (width wise). Therefore, an educated guess for the velcro patch would be 4 x 2 inches. I hope this helps.
*_Whats your favorite Tactical Backpack?_*
Price considered, the Pentagon Tactical Epos. But this one is a great deal, you can't go wrong at this price!

Great video dude!
Thank you!
I just ordered this backpack, thanks for your review, it helps me to see how many packets are on it✌️👍
Oh cool! Hope it meets your expectations :D
Hello from India 🇮🇳 , Gr8 content and useful information. I'm planning to buy this backpack 🎒😀
Please do the 40L mardingtop review if possible

Hey bro, what are the dimensions of the Velcro patch?

grab a load of toilet paper and close all the zips and put it in the shower for 10 minutes, then see how wet everything is afterwards
