Hi! Idk if you have music knowledge but your comment makes me think maybe you do. Do you know where the hook is in this song? I love the kills, this is one of my favorite songs by them and I’m trying to learn more about songwriting and right now I’m just trying to pin point the hook in this song lol. I’ve tried google with no luck so if you have any insight I would really appreciate it!
@@andmiran the song repeat itself all the time so I believe the hook is when the melody changes a bit probably the "oh oh oh oh ohhh" part ? 🤣 Don't really know tho

I remember in an interview, Alison said that she wasn't very good and singing and Jamie wasn't very good at playing. That their music was really about the energy between them. I think the magic in this video displays exactly that. New Kills album? My life is complete.

this band has dominated my life lately. they encompass everything i love about life and creativity from every angle. the freedom, the openness, the camaraderie, the pushing of envelopes. jamie had completely inspired my own guitar/song writing in a way that few have. i just love their aesthetic. i love everything this band represents and stands for. some may call it "pretentious" but i disagree. in this day and age, anything honest and heartfelt is labeled pretentious. whatever. i love this band
They are fucking cool! As cheesy as it sounds. Saw them live in 2006 at Fox theater in Detroit. My girl almost made me late, they were opening for modest mouse. Always enjoy their stuff. Don't listen to it as much as I should
The Kills/Modest Mouse sounds like the best show ever. Seen MM twice, unfortunately still have yet to see them
