Cool video man! What about using a cast iron pan...roasting the ore in a fire to release the gold? You have sulfides which traps the gold when you roast the ore the sulfides becomes sulfates, & the gold should release more the rock will be more easier to crush too.

I found quartz just like that here In Alaska today some good dirty quartz rocks with lots of veins and color thank you for confirming and telling me how to access it I am a new panner/prospector thank you

Brown dots I live in rescue CA on a old gold mine there is no gold in those rock well todays gold mines have maybe a few grams of gold to a ton of stone that’s 2000 pounds people so even you got those at gold mine you got basically nothing but crush it pan prove me wrong

Great video but this is only one example of a single rock. There are plenty of other gold ores that don’t fit this profile.

But i thought if it was brown leeching into the quartz from it, that it was most likely pyrite when referring to the brown dots.

Trow away all rocks with pyrite there no gold or very little. Yellow color is from chlorine.
