Good initiative Dan, I really like the lesson of not giving up switch unnecessarily and showing your back Pokémon. The higher up you go, revealing your lead and your second is more than enough for your opponent to guess your whole line and prepare all their moves, as you said. You can consider catching if you know their team, are in a losing position, or playing ABB. People see content creators making clutch catches and think they gotta do it all the time. It can easily backfire if you get punished with a hard counter swap. Alignment is huge in this game, you can beat anyone with the right alignment. This is the stuff I'm subbed for, interesting how no one else really covers this.
Definitely would like more. It will also be useful to do a video on one you should've won but lost due to wrong decisions and give the reasons behind those decisions.
I want a whole video with just commentary on people's swipe patterns. I have always tapped the normal pattern but I see people swirl it? Then on Ghost people make dashed lines while I Figure-8 it. I know there's no major advantage but I find it interesting how millions of humans approach the same problem differently.
I am so frustrated playing the rps hisui cup. I use empoleon double ghost team. Was working well for me but due to lack of knowledge I always struggle against lucario leads . Also wrong calling baits and getting one shot with shadows ball. So I decided to take a break now.
More! More! More! There are lots of videos where youtubers says "Oh look how awesome this team is" or "Look how awesome I am by wining with this spicy team". But so little information on how to think when building teams, how to plan strategy, how to think during a battle, what is key thing to notice when battling.
Few content creators will be willing to go that in-depth, either because they don't want to spend the time, or more likely, because they're not going to reveal anything that gives them an edge in battle. Once Bruce Lee got called out by one of his students (Jesse Glover, I think) for not teaching them all of what he knew. His response? "Why should I teach someone how to beat me?"
I would appreciate as much of this content as possible!
What Keet said!

That trainer was going for a timeout, all I can come up with for what the strategy was for all the otherwise unnecessary switches.
