    Impressed to see how dedicated you are to your training and the food perspective too. I am going for my third ironman distance race next year and you have really got me focused to train hard this winter to get even slightly near your form and physique. Have been into triathlon for 3 years and never felt more encouraged to do my best than right now. Well done with all the encouragement you give. Your videos are brilliant too, fun to watch. Will look out for your guide, i have a few friends who would likely love it.

    I absolutely love your video! Yesterday I ate pizza, donuts, and vegan chicken nuggets! I felt guilty but now I know not to be because I train and eat healthy most of the time.

    I'm very excited for your guide. I'm very tired and bored of the standard strength training in the gym and I'm not getting the body I wish for with it. Your training always seems so interesting and varied. I love your combination of classic weight training with calisthenics etc. Please remember though that not every gym is as well equipped and spacious as yours :)

    I just wanted to say that you have changed the way i see exercise and food that no one else has done before, for more than a year i thought that you would only see results by eating little but a week ago I started eating 300-500 calories more than i used to and feeling so much stronger and leaner💪🏼 You’re just too good!💕

    My trainer recently changed up my split so 3 days of the week I do hypertrophy workouts and the other 3 days are power. BUT I was not enjoying my hypertrophy days nearly as much as I love my power days. I got your guide and today was the first day using it for my hypertrophy leg day and I loved it sooooo much more! I have some strength goals for this year such as walking handstand, pistol squats and unassisted pull ups and I feel your guide will help me get there. Thank you thank you thank you!❤️😍

    Hi Natacha,
    I was wondering if you could do a video on a step by step guide of how to go from eating very few calories and training to transitioing. To increasing calories to ones max( without fat gain) and along with training. Please and thank you.
    Ive ruined my metabolism and train 5 days a week but only eat 1000calories to 1300 a day and I would love to eat more and be able to train harder while maintaining my weight

    Your guide is the first one I really consider buying.
    I have been going to the gym for 1,5 years now, as much as I can (5-6 times per week) and I love it so much. I do a lot of powerlifting (mainly deadlifting and squating), I also love to do some exercises that are more typical for bodybuilders (8-12 rep range) and I also like calisthenic stuff. And I run long distance.
    I enjoy my training a lot but I have problems with:
    -Progression within the calisthenic stuff. Things like pull-ups are okay, you can just use extra weigth to get better. But front lever, back lever, human flag etc. , these things are so hard to progress in.
    -I want to do more really fun and challenging HIIT but I dont have that much creativity when it comes to it haha.
    -More overall flexibility and agility and some 'ninja-feeling' would be nice. I have become quite strong (115 kg deadlift at 54kg bodyweight ) and I am still very good in running long distance, but I don't want to get too bulky. And with that, I dont mean in the way I look but in the way I feel and move. My body feels kind of "stiff" and tight sometimes.
    So your trainingguide sounds really fun and like I could benefit from it. I will think about getting it!

      +Laura thanks Laura! I use the Mac in extreme dimension waterproof mascara but otherwise I go for the Maybelline waterproof mascara that is in a yellow container but it's a lot cheaper about £7 (: and thank you so much! I'm excited too, it'll be out on the 2nd Jan on Tuesday xx

    Winter Wonderland is the best here in Edinburgh. It's so fun commenting how close it is to Christmas 24 hours after the video is uploaded. Subway is definitely my favourite fast food. Have you tried the Cranberry Sauce out for Christmas?

      Nicole Raffelsberger i started off by doing them with trx suspension trainers so I was able to build up strengh and become comfortable with the exercise before trying it on its own.

    Hi gorgeous, another awesome video! I was just wondering, what is the best method to split up my week of training? Like for a 5-6 day week, would you do like back and bis, chest and tris, shoulders + glutes, legs and legs type thing? Or what do you do? Thanks xx

      +bobby.travels hey sweetie! I hope you're loving the gym! I personally like the Adidas pure boost or the Adidas boosts for general gym and also for running but for lifting I like a flat shoe like old skool vans or converse for stability. They're all you need to start with and then if you decide you want to up your game in powerlifting or Olympic lifting down the line then you can get more specialist shoes (: x
