Go to hero's, go to any character, at the bottom there should be a thing called filter, press on it, go to where it says seasons, season 11, press on it a d it will show everything for season 11 for whatever character your looking at. To go back to normal go to filter again, season 11 and click off

Literally every skin that they didn't show off in the trailers is a recolor, this is getting sad. Like don't get me wrong, some of them are good recolors, but they couldn't even be bothered to make more than a handful of new skins this time around
