Oh, you were not 50 miles away from my house ! I hope you enjoyed your time in France, and had the time to visit a little bit around the chateau. There is a lot of beautifull villages and forests in this part of the country, and a lot of historical sites, from the romans and gauls to the 20th century.

You must return and greet the owners who are buried in the cemetery including the last countess Cécile de Treil de Pardailhan who was mayor of this village. Children once a year we raced around the castle to win a small lot, it was the only time we could enter this place. I regret that the dovecote was not rebuilt ...
