    I appreciate all the hard work and time you've put on this one. This melting + cooling technique and harder texture seems exactly my jam!

    This looks like a contender for the push stick lotion tube I’m wanting to try. Thanks for tip.

    That looks beautiful! I love the little tin too, very fitting. I imagine this would be absolutely amazing on those horrible dry and cracked winter wonderhands! 🙂 Not to mention softening everywhere else. Thanks so much Marie ☮️💟

    Another wonderful and simple recipe! Marie, you introduced us to Penstia Powder awhile back and I LOVE it in my body butters. Another way to help achieve a non-greasy, powdery finish :-)

    This looks yummy 😋! I wonder if it can be whipped to make it fluffy, like ice cream.

      You could whip it, but it'll be a firm/brittle whipped product (rather than soft + scoopy like a whipped body butter) once it sets up :) Happy making!

    What a great video! Thanks so much for sharing. What would be a good substitution for the the cranberry oil ?

    Can the BTS25 be used in a body wash for a nice leave on lotion like moisturizer after we rinse the body wash off

    Wooow i never formulated a body balm with BTMS, didn't even know you can use it for something else but as a hair conditioner ! I'm gonna try that but I would prefer it to be more "creamy" should I try with more oil and less butter ?

    • @HumblebeeAndMe
      @HumblebeeAndMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'd reduce the cetearyl + increase the oil :) Happy making!

      @@HumblebeeAndMe thank you so much I'm gonna do it this evening ! 💗😁
      Ps : I read on your blog that you can use isopropyl myristate to lighten body butters, should I replace some of the oil by this ingredient ?

    Can you explain why you use BTMS -25 which has Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetearyl alcohol please?

      Hi Gracie! Think of it like this: why would you put bananas and sugar in banana bread when they both contain sugar?

  • @LatishaFelton

    Hello! Out of curiosity, why did you use BTMS-25 vs BTMS-50??

    • @HumblebeeAndMe
      @HumblebeeAndMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Availability, mostly. BTMS-25 seems to be much easier to source around the world (and right now). Happy making!

    Would it be possible to make this as a whipped body butter?

    • @HumblebeeAndMe
      @HumblebeeAndMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can whip it, but it won't be whippy/soft once it sets. You can learn more with this video: th-cam.com/video/W24uavXv2V4/w-d-xo.html. Happy making!

    What happened to the Eternal Ice Bath that lived in your freezer???

    • @HumblebeeAndMe

      It's still there, I was just showing how to make one up if you already had ice cubes in the freezer and not an eternal ice bath :)
