I have a LOT of Birmingham Ink because I watch for their sales! Great value, and I love their packaging and their naming conventions! I have all the inks that seem to be named for things the Southwest is known for, so I have Ambered Adobe and Terra Cotta! Also, Petrified Wood, Sterling Silver, Agave, and Prickly Pear!
SALES eh?? When can I expect the next sale, this is exciting! I have tried petrified wood. I would love to try Sterline silver, agave and Prickly Pear if you want we can swap samples!
I absolutely love all of the colors! Beautiful. If I could and had the space, I‘m certain I‘d buy and collect every single color out there! Thanks for comparing and sharing!
OH ME TOO! Trust me, I love every color- the inks seem to do really well in the pens I've put them in. Except for the Hydrangea in my Twsbi Eco glow purple with B nib. it's writing kind of weird. Like it's possibly super dry.
What fun new colors! I’ve been curious about the abandoned shipyard one and that was good to see a good swatch of it. I have BPC Burlywood and it looks a little like the weeping willow you have and it rinses out with a fluorescent green/yellow in water as well. I LOVE it! TFS!
Thank you Ray! I don't know what the deal is, if they are transitioning all colors to the 100ml bottles. there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason of which ones are 60ml vs. 100ml. Some are and some aren't. But for that price, you can't beat it.
This one is the Kakimori brass dip pen with the Sakura wood nib holder (also kakimori) the reason I like these more than glass - sturdier. Glass dip pens are so fragile. And the brass nib holds quite a lot of ink on it. Very easy to use just dip and write. Rinse and repeat!! 😉
There's a little sideways inkypillar in your Kobe Hydrangea swatch! Cute!

This was a fun video, thank you for comparing! I looove BPC inks and I know I’ll get more eventually! 🖋💕🙌🏻

Great job! several BPC inks and really like them to write with. The comparisons to the different inks you had were also a lot of fun to see
Thanks Sheri! I like them too. I can send you samples of these ones you don't already have.
Great color comparisons . Love shipyard and hydrangeas , which looks exactly like the color of the flowers in my grandmas garden growing up 😃
I'm loving that abandoned shipyard! It has a perylene green look to it!
I love it too. It works really nicely in my Kaweco Sport. Kind of a Green Black.

TFS!
Beautiful swatches!!!! BPC comes out with fabulous inks but seriously, 100ml will definitely last you a few lifetimes!!!
Ooo, love that Abandoned Shipyard color!
Yes it's a good one!!
Great video! I love weird shades of green, and Weeping Willow speaks to me. I also like big bottles so 100 ml intrigues me.

I think I love the Citrus Black, the weeping willow and the Opera Rose, thanks for sharing
awesome! I am smitten with them too- Do you use Birmingham inks? got any favorites?
I haven't purchased any yet. But I keep looking ; )
I have Ambered Adobe in my Estie Petrified Forest. I love it.
Ooooh that sounds perfect!!
Love the color comparisons - it made my ink list bigger LOL! I'd love to do a swap; just let me know ☺
Awesome!.( I also have Pennsylvania Fieldstone) I see you're on Etsy. I can message you there!
Love these inks. What HUGE bottles! Do you ever feel like you’re going to reach SABLE with your inks? I definitely do from time to time.
oh yes. definitely yes. I was just thinking of destashing some of the ones I hardly ever use.
What kind of dip pen is that? Love your swatches, I’ve never had a dip pen and it looks interesting, are they hard to use?
