Hello , I had a small issue. The tiff I render out seems to have washed out color. Like log color format has been applied on it. I understand it's a simple colour management fix. But I am lost to what I need to do.
This is an easy fix. Open up the Display Options (the monitor looking button at the top of the viewer) and change the input colorspace from Linear to sRGB. That's it. Silhouette is expecting certain filetypes to be in a particular colorspace, and sets the viewer accordingly. Change that and you're good to go. One final tip, if you're working with footage in different colorspaces, you can always use the OCIO Colorspace node to do a colorspace transform. You don't need to do that in this case.
Silhouette is not available as a plugin for Final Cut. You can get it as a standalone application. For Final Cut we have support with both Continuum and Crumplepop as plugins.
Yes, the OFX version of Sapphire should support VEGAS Pro 21. Please check out the trial version to make sure it works correctly on your system. bit.ly/30zdPJx
No. NVIDIA, AMD, and Apple Metal architectures are all supported with Silhouette. However, because of the computation and memory requirements, the ML plug-ins require NVIDIA Pascal architecture cards or better on Windows and Linux for machine learning nodes. support.borisfx.com/hc/en-us/articles/27329796893197-Machine-Learning-Node-Graphic-Card-Requirements If you are in any doubt about your system specs, please test out a trial version of Silhouette.
