I typically won't plant anything on top of our daffodils only because I'm fortunate enough to have access to more space than I need for growing flowers. I have plenty of flower friends that do plant transplants on top of their daffodils once their beds have finished blooming and they all report that it works great for them! Might be worth it to experiment a little :)

Erlicheer and Replete daffodils, ranunculus, dahlias and rococo tulips (first time growing tulips).
