Watching Jack struggle in Korea and the way he pronounced Jeju brought me physical pain 💀💀
It infuriates me when I see someone not being able to tell the difference between East Asian written language. It’s like such a big hint because China, Korea and Japan all use different alphabets. And he pronounced Jeju like “Jay-ju” lol

Czechia is the Czech Republic, Jack. It’s just the name they want everyone to call it by, but no one does. 👍
They just use Czechia for products and stuff as it is shorter, the same thing goes with France as it is technically called The French Republic

@@milkshake834 This is true, however, for the Czech republic it is different. Most people when talking in person call their country the Czech republic (Česká Republika) and not Czechia (Česko). The name was never 100% accepted amongst the Czech population.
I am here to represent Czechs who actually use the term Czechia all the time, especially in online conversations. It made my life much easier.

I’ve never even been to new work but I could tell it was for trains. When he looked up you could see all the holes in it lol. We don’t even have trains where I live.
Jack! Tip for identifying (some!) different Asian languages.
• Chinese is normally very compact
• Japanese is more simple lines and curves with accents
• Korean is mainly boxes and circles
just a simple help :)

A lot of complicated charcters: Chinese
Complicated characters and simple charcters that are very curvy: Japanese
that was so relieving to see you get South Korean characters right
But there was a lot of anxiety for the while it took him to work it out.

This is how you know which asian language it is from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean:
Chinese: more complicated characters
Japanese: look for the smily face character or the n
Korean: it has a lot of circles
