@@BM1TMBCH I had a lump maybe 6 weeks ago. I felt for it because it felt like there was an explosion in my right chest. My skin had looked red in various (but not all over) areas on the right side of my pectoral muscle. It all went away. No lump. No paint. Nothing. Last week my right pectoral muscle area had a sharp pain. 5 days later then pain has not subsided. At the beginning after the initial pain I also itched a lot around my nipple. My rear shoulder blade on the same side has pain too. Both the pectoral area pain and my back pain has not subsided. Unfortunately I have a family history of breast cancer. My mother died from cancer which was initially breast cancer.
This is bad I know. Time to make an appointment with my million dollar post Obamacare era deductible. Crappy.

Interesting, watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
