But what am I checking for? I don’t know how it’s supposed to feel, whether what I’m feeling is bad or not
you should be checking for and lump, bumps, thick spots, nipple discharge, swelling, dimpling, rashes, redness, soreness, or bulging. basically if theres any abnormalities its good to follow up with a healthcare professional

That depends on what stage, which determines in what part has been affected
Still don't know what I'm looking for. I've had pain in my breast for weeks now and all I've found online is about pregnancy and breast feeding and periods. All of which is not the case for me :(
Online you will only find common solutions for common issues. Your personal experience needs to be assessed in order to find the cause.

Go immediately check a doctor if you feel it's not because of any normal reason ( like you got hurt by any reason)
Putting pressure and getting hurt is not normal at any area of breast except before your periods in which our breast hurt as a result of tenderness.

Meri right side breast mein lump tha 5 years earlier uski surgery hui thi uske baad se mujhe right side breast mein pain, itching, numbness rehne lgi. Problem find out krne ke liye humne ab mammography krayi mammography both sides ki hui and after that dr. ne right side breast ka ultrasound bhi kiya unhone btaya ki ultrasound mein koi problem nhi h sab normal h but jab unhone mujhe report di usmein mammography mein sab normal likha hua h usg mein fibroadenosis in one side and impression mein fibroadenosis in bilateral breast likha hua h. Mam how is it possible jab ultrasound right side ka hua toh wo dr. Kaise keh sakte h fibroadenosis left side mein bhi h maine unse yhi baat puchi toh wo kehte h aapke breast x-ray se aise lag rha h but unhone mammography mein sab normal likh rkha h and agar fibroadenosis ki wajah se pain hoga toh woh both sides hona chahiye but mujhe only right side mein problem h.
please suggest me something what I have to do now. Am i right or wrong? Whether I have to talk to that dr. or not about this report?

you have to visit a doctor and run tests. If caught in initial stages, it can be treated effectively and efficiently. Dont delay your check up. If anything maybe you'll find out that you are all good and have nothing to worry about. Dont prolong your visit to the doctor

Please visit a doctor its mostly benign so not to work about ... If its symptomatic than doctor will advise to remove it or else its no problem
I went to a doctor and he said some teenager can have lump in brest.It's not harmful in teenage and you shouldn’t press too much there.But I think you should visit a doctor. Go and have a check up and this will clear your doubt

Whats the point of doing this .
To check for suspicious lumps or changes in your breasts. It's important for women to be familiar with their bodies so they can easily detect abnormalities and make an appointment for further screening. If it turns out to be cancer or another cause for medical intervention, early detection allows us to treat the issue more easily. If it turns out to be benign, then at least the patient has peace of mind!
