In my opinion...... She really don't like when people make food with their bare hands (like not wearing gloves) and she maybe thinking do they wash hands before making food....... Because I've seen in other parts of the earth they do use gloves to maintain hygiene and I'm not saying they don't if they don't why would people even go right..... But I think she is not use to it......

That's not actually noodles, it's sewaiya , which is mostly used to make sewaiya ki kheer , so its very normal to eat it in falooda , it's not a weird combination though.
