Hi guys! I actually agree with Sureet on this one, Stevie. While eating, like Sureet I too love to taste the variety of flavours Indian food has or any other spicy food, but it's too hot. I can't taste the flavours because my mouth is on fire! I eat spicy and hot food but not too much, not the challenging ones. Just for the sake of trying the hottest food, we might end up being sick in bed for the rest of the day or even more. I don't want to regret my decision that I tried the hottest food. I know it’s really difficult to convince any outsider, but ghost/king chilli is a regular ingredient in many Northeastern cuisine. We understand that it’s very spicy but it’s an acquired tolerance. And to the ones who haven’t tried it, trust me you can’t even imagine how spicy it is compared to regular chillies. But sometimes there are some odd ones, which are so spicy that even locals struggle to eat them. I’ve seen all kinds of scenes made after Ghost pepper gone wrong. But normally you get used to it, after eating it repeatedly.
I had a bhoot jolokia (ghost pepper, the one in this video) sauce bottle. You're supposed to add one drop to spice up a sauce. I accidentally added several drops... It was the spiciest thing I've ever had, and I am quite used to spicy food! You don't mess with bhoot jolokia!
Mirchi vada is yummm not spicy if you don't eat the chilly ofcourse. its yum i cant handle spice but appreciate and applaud the people who do i like my food on the normal spice not bland plus it gets my sinuses cleared so its good Sometimes Btw good reactions and channel cheers💙 (loveeee my indian food) theres nothing like it btw i can feel you stevie youre too genuine and humble always

Indian food is generally spicy ( use of spices ) but not always spicy hot.... North East Indian ,East Asian and Mexican food is spicy hot but not spicy because they use only chillies which is not a spice... It's categorised as aromatic in culinary language similar to onions, ginger and garlic...The food can be called spicy only if spices are used like Cardamom, cinnamon, clove , star anise , black pepper , nutmeg etc...
