I had bad food poisoning twice in my life. Once was the sausage sandwiches my wife made me after the electric went off for a day. the other was a back street takeaway in Blackpool UK. Really stick to the main takeaway restaurants everyone uses with a regular turnover of food in the main streets. Don't risk it. I bought mince the other day and left it 6 days before cooking it. It went spoiled. I wont take the chance now so I binned it. I didn't even feed it to the birds $20!. Smell it and if it smells off /rancid bin it without question or is grey/green in color.Really bin it despite the cost. Florescent lights also turn meat grey.
