hey, it depends on the rake structure, you can flat pairs in the small blind and mix folding / calling the lower ones

that`s what most new players would think but it is definetly good to raise in that spot. people don`T bluff much in these spots in the first place and to alot of action killers on the turn so we wanna fast play against the fish
