I just got back from a 3000+ mile trip to Canada and back. In this video I give advice and my personal experience on how to enter Canada without any hiccups!

Glad you enjoyed visiting Canada. I have to remember some of the same things when crossing south into the USA, like actually knowing where I'm going etc. You'd be surprised at how many people show up at a border crossing and have no answers for the guards. Both ways! And yes if you come up here...Don't speed in Ontario! Excellent video my man.

Great content! I'm hoping to make a ride to Canada before the end of the riding season. I rode to Niagara Falls last year (on the US side) also visited the Harriet Tubman Museum. Very cool. Hope to see you on the road some day.✌🏽

Emergency credit card. AAA. If it was ever too bad. Just catch a Flight back home. Reimbursed with trip interruption.
Seeing what some riders on are on, I'm not surprised you're afraid to break down. Most major cities and towns in Canada have motorcycle dealers. You're not travelling to the moon you know... There are a lot of reliable brands of quality touring bikes that significantly out-perform many aspects of 'traditional' v-twins... Bonus, they're not as over-priced, perform better, and you actually get good value for your money. BMW and Honda are just two of several brands that come to mind. I've put 185,000 km on my 20002 BMW R1150-RS and have never had any breakdowns. Still runs like the day I bought it, it is very comfortable and responsive, and will out-perform anything from HD... I've traveled through Canada and the US and never give a break-down a second thought, because it never happens if you do even basic preventative maintenance.

dude you only visited southern Ontario, you need to plan a trip from British Columbia to Newfoundland. Just cruzing the Trans Canada Highway you will get to see lots of beauty, not to mention if you took some detours through the Rockies and throughout Newfoundland.

I have a satellite phone that I take with me when I'm hunting or on my motorcycle it's a lot of places in West Texas you'll have zero phone service,,,,THIS PHONE IS FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY!!
When I'm out riding or hunting camping or fishing my family knows if they call my regular phone and can't get through,,,,IF THEY CALL THAT SATELLITE NUMBER IT BETTER BE AN EMERGENCY DON'T CALL ME ON THAT SATELLITE PHONE WITH ANY FOOLISHNESS BECAUSE IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE!

I have a Preowned Globalstar GSP 1700 Satellite phone $400. And I have satPhone 50 Minute Monthly Plan $59 12 month plan if you go over that 50 month it's 79cents a minute,,,,THIS PHONE IS FOR EMERGENCY ONLY!! You can pay for extra minute.
These phones can cost anywhere from depending on new or refurbished $400 to $1,600.

Do you remember if they check your U.S. drivers license on either side of the border, or is the passport all that they would check?
I don't think the checked my drivers license honestly. I believe the did...but not entirely sure.
ArriveCAN app is no longer needed. Just show up with your passport at border crossing now.

Iam from Detroit the reason you can’t go under the tunnel on a motorcycle is because of the Exhaust noise or how loud you are exhausted

The noise from motorcycle pipes may be the issue.
I was told it's the vibration. With the tunnel being under water. It compromises the structure
I've heard the reason motorcycles can't take the tunnel is due to ventilation or the lack of...Somehow they think it's okay for cars but not bikes. Don't take my word, just what I heard. Peace. Maybe see some of you in Daytona next month.

Don't have attitude to the border guards? Yah, don't be stupid... Don't break the traffic laws of the country your visiting? Also a smart move. You missed a couple. If you have a criminal record, such as DUI's, you will not be allowed to enter, depending on the seriousness of the crimes. There's a process to get permission to enter if you have a criminal record. Do your homework into what's involved. Also, don't even think about crossing with a gun. Doesn't matter if you have a permit to carry in the US. You can not in Canada. Period. The fines and potential jail time are huge. You don't need a gun in Canada. (Well duh!!!)

Leave your weapons at home. Even with a legal permit to carry which is not valid in Canada. You are visiting a foreign country. Getting caught with firearm is a serious criminal offence. Other personal safety devices such as bear spray, tazers, knives and brass knuckles are also prohibited.
As we say in Canada, if you want the right to bare arms wear a T-shirt.

Once I took picture of passport, it ask which airport and what time
Make sure you select you're traveling by land.
