  • Kofuzi has tried on and reviewed countless pairs of running shoes but if it came down to JUST ONE PAIR, which would he choose? Watch as he breaks down his two favorites and reveals which other shoe still stirs up some hard feelings.

    I would bring Novablast 3 TR since it can do everything Novablast 3 can do plus way better traction.

      Smart choice. It also has a better choice of color, which is my favourite color, red - gray.

    I would have to say I’ve enjoyed the running community and how TH-cam has made it possible for Normal dudes and woman to enjoy each others take on the sport. Shoes/training etc…with that said my first inspiration was the Ginger Runner who seemed to open it for the masses. And Kofuzi brought that to another level with his own take and genuine love for the sport. Love the channel Kori keep the vids coming….🤙🏽 have a great week everyone

      @@KoriRuns if you try it out again and if you STILL think there’s a better daily trainer out there worth trying, let me know and I’ll give it a shot! Currently I’m using an (almost) all ASICS line-up but after finding myself in the novablast 3’s I really don’t quite see the point of my other ASICS shoes - the nimbuses, cumuluses, and nimbus lites - any more. The only non-ASICS shoe I’m using at present is the NB More v 4 for my recovery runs. And that too was a kofuzi recommend (haha) and it’s working out great. I do recall your review for the “super shoes” with carbon plating a month or so ago and will eventually buy one of those for race day. 😄✌️

    Kori!! So great to see you and get a new video! Looking forward to the results of your next race and getting videos of how your training went!
    Completed my last Half Marathon on February 25th, and it was a great day! You know how I've wanted to break through the 1:55:00 mark, and I did just that! Had a positive split where I was a little fast in the first half and buckled down to hold on at the end. But, my new PB is 1:54:52, a 4:47 shave from the time in posted in San Antonio in December. Was over the moon when I ran that time, such a great feeling!
    I'm going to be running a little less in the immediate future. I'm going to be lifting weights more. Need to focus my diet as well. Feel that I need to lose 15 pounds and get close to 195 lbs. I'm also looking at just a recharge of my batteries. Looking to audition for a community theatre production of Disney's The Little Mermaid for this summer. Want to try and land the role of Triton, the dad. If I make it, that will occupy me from mid May to late July. After that the work will start on my running goals for 2024.
    I'm looking at running my first full marathon race with the Houston Marathon in January 2024. My run training will start August 2023 thru December. It will be completely focused to complete 26.2 miles. After that race, the next bench mark will be how close can I come to 1:45:00 in the Half Marathon. If I hit my weight goals I feel that I can run faster where obtaining that time is a real possibility.
    Sorry I rambled! Have a great day Kori, and good luck on your race in two weeks!!

  • @youpigirl5731
    @youpigirl5731 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Si je ne devais garder qu'une seule paire de chaussures : Altra Torin, ou New Balance 1080. Pourquoi ? pour la largeur du pied (j'ai un hallux valgus qui m'oblige à prendre 1 1/2 taille en plus) et l'amorti/confort. Pour la vitesse/seuil : Saucony Endorphine Pro, mais que je support difficilement à cause de l'étroitesse de l'avant pied et la plaque carbone n'améliore pas mon névrome de Morton. Du coup new balance fuelcell rebel V2 superbes pour les séances rapides, le tissu fin permet à mon pied d'être à l'aise sans frottement ni pression excessive

      @theghostofpcs2391 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, they're nice, but they run long and the outsole is useless as soon as the roads get even damp. The TR is just a money grab, because it's the same shoe with only the grip that the original should have had.

BUT, there are several shoes of the 80s, 90s, and 00's I'd bring back in a heartbeat.
