purple and yellow are complimentary colours hehehe :) that pipe that was blocking the way of the horns you just gently bend it down and out the way - its surprisingly pliable lol!
I had the same issue installing hella horns on my bugeye, i said fk it and undid the bolt holding that power steering line in place and just pulled it down out of the way with a ziptie, seemed to do the trick.
Well done young man ...I like your vids ,I recommend getting the gas struts for the bonnet ,I put some on my GC8 and its so much nicer than having to use to bonnet stay bar all the time lol ,plus the ones I got are lovely Carbon Fiber look
Haha, rust. I get to deal with my entire rear bunker being rotted out. What cosmetic mods should I do? I already have the motor set with stage 2+ mods and I’m done with its bs
lights are always a good start, pricey but make a noticeable difference, little things like different wheel nuts, painted callipers, and light tint for the fog lights give it those small personal touches as well and relatively cheap. from there, i know ebay has loads of different skirts, lips and diffusers for the different models if you want to give it a more "aggressive" look
Love this project. Doing something similar. Where did you find rain guards for the wagon? Also what are the dimensions of brackets that came with you fog light covers. I got some second hand and it did not come with any.
they're just the sedan liners, or you mean rain guard as in mud flaps?? they're the same between sedan and wagon as far as i know. didnt need to change then when i swapped the front panels from the wagon to sedan
@@sebsshenanigans Do you have any trouble opening your doors with the rain guards? I hear the windows hit them if you don't mount them high enough on the trim and that they're a pain.
@@CKFrench nah, i made sure it all cleared before i stuck them down properly. i think some people line them up with the body instead of the window then complain because they've done it wrong aha

yeah, wanted it a little more subtle looks wise
probably going to try relocate it further down anyway so i can have them sit centred

might have to follow suit
The pipes in front of the radiator are powersteering cooler lines
would they really be doing that much cooling though with that set up?? literally one pipe that just loops around

Yeah looks nice👍
slow progress but progress nonetheless
do you need spacers for the wheels to fit the sedan front end
No, it’s about the same width, but with more aggressive curves
@@brodybowles5874 thanks for the information. currently running 57dr 17*9+38, just wonder if I need spacers or not
nah no spacers on this still, so thats "oem" fitment just with later model wrx wheels
@@sebsshenanigans thanks for the info man
all good dude
