They call here for duck cleaning and speak bad English. I keep them on the phone as long as possible to waste there time. They usually hang up when I ask them if they also clean Turbans or magic carpets!
What I do is, booking service for random address. They usually check on google maps while on the phone with you if that address actually exist. Also they check street view for size of the house. So make sure your "Address" really exist and how many bedrooms. This way you wast calling center guy time ( he will call you 2 or 3 time to confirm) and time of his buddies who come for the service. If they smart enough (which I doubt) they will take you out from their list, if not just send them over and over

Air duct cleaning services are monsters and thieves!
I always use the Home Depot duct cleaning and carpet cleaning or ask your furnace company to recommend as some do that as well
I worked for Steam Dry Canada, (the company that does the work for Home Depot), they do great work, as does AIr Force Duct Cleaning and Powervac.
