Man, this takes me back. First time I ever played Crystal, I didn't even know what I was getting myself into. I just happened to have a Pokemon with Sleep Powder or Hypnosis or something, and this encounter was straight out of left field for me. As soon as the legendary beast music started, my mind kicked into fight or flight mode, and I went dead silent, tightly gripping the purple brick of a handheld. I sent out my status user first and put Suicune to sleep immediately. I then started to whittle its health down with my Typhlosion, not very effective hit after not very effective hit. Suicune didn't seem to mind the fire, having not woken up yet. When Typhlosion landed a critical hit, Suicune was left on a sliver of health, possibly less than 1%. _Time to start chucking some balls_, I thought, suddenly remembering that I'd bought about a hundred Ultra Balls some time ago. Ball after ball failed, and Suicune still hadn't woken up from the first turn. I had less than sixty Ultra Balls remaining when Suicune finally decided to wake up and get serious, dealing me a TPK with nothing but BubbleBeam. The worst part? I hadn't saved since I stood in front of Pryce.

Play Crystal Extreme Randomizer. Found a lv.4 Suicune. I've spent 5 hours trying to catch this guy. A few minutes after you caught your Suicune, I caught mine.

You should always save your game in case of faillure. You need the masterball for Ho-oh who is even worse to get without it.
