note: in (one of) the most recent update, they changed the location of the card. it's still in the corner of the mega garage, but on some pipes instead of some crates. this is due to the crates being removed. hope this helps!
Hot tip: Instead of finding the keycard, you can save a lot of time with the V Pose emote (look up how to do the V Pose glitch on youtube). Since the game has no shift lock, simply equip a gun to activate shift lock.
