So basically. They were neglecting her and making false statements and she was all depressed. Then they wanted to get rid of her, legally. So, they went to a family friend, that has his license, to say she's actually 22 to get her birth certificate changed (so she's legally not a child anymore). Then they kicked her out of their house, bought her an apartment and ran away to Canada. thats sad

This movie is about an adult with dwarfism named Esther from another European country, Estonia, and she makes herself appear like a kid to be able to kill everyone in the family, in order to become the girlfriend of the family’s dad. The only thing that makes a difference is that Natalia is actually a kid.
