Eric reminds me of my 7th grade life science teacher. Mr. Carmichael was an excellent educator but Eric is different from his eating habits. Savoring and enjoying every single bite and could make anyone hungry watching him eat even if its spam

After getting extremely ill years ago after eating raw food while visiting overseas, I no longer eat anything raw unless there is a lot of very carefully prepared steps which usually includes vinegar or some other way to kill whatever is on the item. Salad greens are soaked in vinegar water and rinsed before used in dishes or used on sandwiches.
Another great Eric Meal Time! I would be interested in trying the raw crab for sure. I love cooked crab so this would be interesting. Cheers and Beers!

Otters love raw crabs - Despite my pic I am not an otter - come to Western Australia - catch crabs (rock lobster too) just off the beach on a balmy night and cook on the sand (boil or BBQ) however you like them, even raw if you prefer - we even have wasabi and shoyu
that is one way to get the beer company to sponsor you knock back your glass in a few seconds good advertisment for them proves it is drinkable good video

Mackerel is actually pretty popular but smoked. Never tried the fried/cooked version. Seems really tasty
