That steak looked incredible! - Loved how the Chef just let the food cook, instead of keep moving it around like you sometimes see - Just very fresh ingredients, and simple seasonings.

There is a grocey store in town that sells the cloest thing to Wagyu you can get in the States. A rancher the Idaho side of the Snake River is rasing wagyu type cows.

Looks utterly delicious 😋. Loved the wagyu from Kagoshima. It has this almost sweet butter taste to it as it melts in your mouth. I can’t believe it’s been five hundred of these meal times with you. You make me wanna return to Kobe after all these years lol

12:38 When eating steak, especially really good beef, I prefer to eat it like our hero, EricSurf6, just seasoned with just salt and pepper.
For slow smoked barbecue, I like barbecue sauce, but fried or grilled steak it's best to taste the meat with minimal taste distractions.

How do they keep everything so neat. The grill looks like it hasn’t been cooked on between items prepared.
Good question Megalith! I was so busy eating, I didn't see him clean the grill.
Because its Japan, super high food quality and cleanliness standards.
The chef cooks on the same dark spot on the grill so it doesn’t make a mess everywhere
