My khaki was a leftover piece of toweling used in a drawstring bag. Sigh. Texture a bit weird, but color works.

I don't figure out yardage for a layer cake. You can use that and add to it for pieces where you need more than a 10" square

they are no 100% centered, you just have to go with that. My longarmers do it and they are great!
