I met the owner of 1/4lb Big Burgers in California in the 1970's. He was wealthy and told me the way he made it was to have a simple menu and do that simple thing the best.
You only could get burger, cheese burger, fries, and pies that's it nothing else and man they were great.
So he wasn't wrong with his concept at all just keep it simple Mo.

I agree that political correctness is not great. However when talking to strangers, you can’t just say bizarre weirdo statements. Unless you enjoy being perceived as the free spirit rebel but that doesn’t work in a normal average job setting when dealing with strangers.

We usually found small food joints in off the big road places and were never disappointed. We missed this one, next time. A restauranteur that bust his ass every day, becomes successful, and is still humbled by the distances some people have come to enjoy his food is someone that I would want to give my hard earned money too!

Area codes on cellphones are meaningless now... It is no longer an indicator of where someone is currently living.

Kinky Fredman the Last cowboy singing Jew Boy. I had his album back in the 70s. Shooting from the Texas Tower , the Doughnut Man. Great music. He ran for governor on the platform that he would make it illegal to declaw a cat.

I'm a Jew. Not offended. We can't get any sports teams named for us (outside of Israel), so this is good. I realize that it can be a slur from the wrong person/wrong way, but it's all about context.

A little bar in Florida sold "Wop Dogs" which were hot dogs served with marinara sauce. As an Italian, I was not offended in the least!

I grew up in a Greek cafe in Australia durring the 50-70's, making hamburgers fish & chips, real milkshakes and thick shakes, yep I'd like to start another cafe and call it "WOG-BOY BURGERS" with Feta cheese burgers, garlic burgers, eggplant burgers, OYZO flavour burgers. And name more burgers after all the names that we were called in those days, yep wog, greaser, dago, yep WOG BURGER, DAGO BURGER, GREASER BURGER, HEY-YOU BURGER.
By the way I am registing all these names for copy right reasons.
    An Aussie Point Of View.

Cheese burgers aren’t Kosher. You cannot mix meat and dairy products together. 😃😃😃😃😃😃

I grew up in the Bagel belt in Melbourne OZ, but I could not imagine anyone calling their shop a name like that, Jewish schools in our area more likely than not have visible Security near the front gate. Nice to see something like this, more power to him.
