- The Disaster of the Gladden Fields; An actual battle from the Lord of the Rings books. It is year 2 of the Third Age. After cutting off Sauron's hand and retrieving the One Ring during the Battle of Mount Doom, Isildur and his army of Dunedain start marching back to their home of Arnor. As they march through the Gladden Fields, the men are taken aback by a huge ambush orchestrated by the Orcs of Misty Mountains. The fight start instantaneously, and the Dunedain do everything in their power to protect Isildur and the One Ring. Who wins, and what happens to the One Ring? Watch the video to find out!

The One Ring didn't survive because of greed of Men, in Lore nobody cared that much about the One Ring after Sauron's defeat, Isildur said he takes the Ring as a recompensate for his father's and brother's death, If I remember only Cirdan was concerned about the Ring but Isildur didn't go into Mount Doom, he just left Gondor and later for his homeland in Arnor, everyone was fine with Isildur taking the Ring

Apparently the story where Elrond tries to get Isildur to throw the ring into Mount Doom is completely made up for the films haha

I love your lore and talking the facts on Tolkien battles but what you think to do the same but with another game that is not of course total war but it can easily turn to it and via its Editor (world builder) you can picture exact the scenarios of your facts inside there. Has more faithful to PJ and Tolkien assets than this mod here in that game.. I speak about AotR mod of bfme rotwk. Although has not placed Arnor theme yet has really much better details on units than this mod here. Combines total war with classic Age of...RTS series strategic style and fo a man like you that pictures exactly like in the BOOKS the facts of battle you can have them in a more faithful way there. The number of units (of course you must have powerful PC ) counts more than 1000 in real eye count and in game 10.000 soldiers (about whole screen ) but even 1000 (100) and 3000(300) soldiers marching or fighting will seem like thousands of thousands , especially when you have the opportunity to play a lot with camera views on your left. Besides we all wait the most epic mod that bfme community ever seen before and is not a mod but a whole remaking of bfme1+2 game and is called "BFME Reforged" here is much more like total war theme and classic RTS. But for now the states are AotR in visuals sounds and details and of course wonderful maps..!! Alternative to AotR is Edain Mod that made so nice Arnor soldiers with cloaks and cool details. Both have of course Editor (WB) and you really can have incredible cool Tolkien scenarios about battle but not only ;) you can tell many facts that Tolkien created with these 2 mods. If you need help on how to download them or any other info about AotR I can address you to the right guys or if you have any other matter about that and I can tell you I'm glad to help you with. Thanks again for these videos and I really would like you to tell something relevant on bfme 2 (rotwk) mods. You do a great work here )

@@TotalWarFilms Yes indeed , but AotR made excellent remake here that guys like your level could bring glorious battle facts in there. I made "Age of the Ring cinematic" faction videos recently on my channel. Now I made a Mod about Shaders and today I will post it here. I would love a critic or comment by you bro under the new Age of the Ring video.. I'm planning also to set it in public. These guys made a really mighty remake of bfme general and I decide to bring more cinematic view inside by this mod and also made this mod for every LotR and Tolkien Fan. Nonetheless keep up man, your videos are very informative and very nice to watch!!
Nice rendition, but please check your vocabulary. You said, " battle has eruped", but that doesn't mean anything. No such word exists, even in Tolkien's world. All your videos seem to show that you don't understand our language. Even a yank should know words like "rout", which isn't the same as " route". Orc rabble isn't orc Rabble. It isn't a military unit, it describes a group without training or much morale.
It's very very hard to write an engaging script for 10 full minutes on a video. I'm doing my best. I'm not a native english speaker, so don't call me a yank for typing route instead of rout. Don't watch my content if you don't enjoy it. Simple!
