You can use a jack and jack stand but I would refer to the manufacturers recommendation on the lifting points of the vehicle and make sure that whatever you're using to support the vehicle is rated for the amount of weight that the vehicle weighs.

A bad CV joint makes a fast clicking sound... I guess almost like a gear is not engaged fully....

You should of recorded the noise its making when turning, there could be ton of diff reasons for diff sounds
Can i lift only the 2 rear of the car so it wont roll backward or what because i dont have the tool to raise the whole car

You could always use some big rounds of wood or some jack stands
