This was such a well done tour of the neat things a lot of us look for at quilt shows. You did such a great job of keeping it focused and moved right along highlighting all the important information. Thank you for sharing!❤
I love your personality and could listen to you all day, just like Tula. You and TP might be long lost cousins bc you remind me so much of each other. 💜💙💚💛
I’m confined to a wheelchair. This bag looks so wheelchair friendly! No bag flopping around getting rubbed with wheels hanging down. It stays in place, making it easy to access!
I haven't been to a quilt convention in many years, but going around with you in this video was awesome!! I really saw a lot of updated tools and shops and inspiration! Thank you so much!! 🥰
Well this was an exciting video for me. I have been watching Scott from 4th and Main Designs drive to and from California for this show on social media all week. He is a local designer who I have taken numerous classes from and purchased 2 sewing machines from. It is so exciting where his designing career has taken him. So glad you showcased him on your video. I really love when you video these shows that are too far away for some of us to attend. Thanks for making it feel like we are there with you!!!!!!
OMG, I’m not sure if I want to hug you or curse you because I’m about to set my credit card on fire buying all the amazing products you featured on your video! Thank you for the incredible video and taking the time to not only show the product but also film the demonstration. Many times I’ll pass something by because I have no idea how it functions but a demonstration can seal the deal. The show you attended looks amazing and I have a bit of envy! Thanks again for the wonderful video.

Catching up on videos. Omg! You talked about jelly roll quilts and the book. I was looking up jelly roll projects yesterday. I have a jelly roll and need a pattern. Thanks for the idea 💡
What an amazing video. Glad (kind of) that I was watching from Nova Scotia and not there in person. I don't know how I would have been able to return to Canada with the haul. Drooled over the entire thing. Thanks so much. I shared on Facebook.
Great video! I love how much you covered, not a ton of extra chatter, video and audio quality were great. I usually hate these conference videos but yours was like being there and now I am so broke!
Thank you very much for showing off the sewing expo. I did order the pattern of the hip bag. Everything is beautiful. Any time there is a show like this one, please video it. Thank you.
I agree that bias binding is much better. I find it’s FAR easier to do the hand stitching (a process I love) and the corners are MUCH easier to fold into a nice mitre. I have that bias ruler and I like it-but I need to put some “stick-ums” on it because I find it does slide around while you’re trying to cut.
I was not able to attend Road2CA this year, but your video on the products where FANTASTIC. I have already ordered several items and own several: like Cutapillar, Purley Gate, Sweet Pea, and a longarm.
@MACoutureCrafting - I lived in LA for almost 30 years and retired to KY - about 80 miles from Paducah. I usually go to that show for classes and shopping.
OMG, love your channel! FYI i was looking at the Janome 9480. The ASR was extra. The sales person said, would you kke to see the copy Elna 782. It comes with the ASR.,price was $2,000 less than the 9480. I am a JanomemGirl, and the Elna is made by Janome. Difference is the color on the front. Elna is red, Janome is black.,LOVE THIS ARS.
I have a Horn of America sewing table - cost me a paycheck but worth every penny! the flaps on mine are on the end, not the back which is easier for me, I keep one up and close when when I am using my quilting machine - allows more room to get around. Also note that if you get an acrylic square, you can take out the machine, sit a small lamp underneath and wa-la - you have a light box! I also use weights to hold my rulers in place, I use the cheapo suction cup "handles" from Harbor Freight to hold on to the rulers!
@@MACoutureCrafting I have a wall FULL of rulers - you name the size - I have it!! If you have not gotten a Martelli rotary cutter, they are amazing - I remember when their sons would do the shows - they were handsome fellas and boy did they sell stuff!!
You know I had to make notes so I could give you my usual long list response :D.

Really enjoyed watching, thank you! 💜🇬🇧
Glad you enjoyed it!
Loved this recap as I couldn’t attend this year. I saved it for reference and will subscribe as well. Thx.
Glad to have you as part of my quilty BFF'S
Appreciate your tour, thanks a bunch.
You are welcome
Your visits to vendors are so much fun! I'm heading to Paducah in April...I suspect some of these vendors will be there too!
I bet the will be. I keep showing them at every show hoping to introduce them to new people.
Oh my gosh, I love the cutter pillar.
That company is beyond amazing
I bought the fast turn system years ago at Sew Expo in Puyallup, WA. It's been a great investment. I love using it for making straps for dresses.
I'm happy to have one now
I learned so much and made a list of must haves!! Thank you
That's exactly what this video is for.
Just found with this video so glad I did! Can’t want to go and watch some of your other videos! 😊
Yay! Thank you! I have tons of videos on here I hope you find a series you like.
I sprayed mine with that ruler spray & I don't have any problems anymore. You just made me want to try binding on the bias for funzies
@@MACoutureCrafting okay I need to find some of that! Is it on Amazon or a quilt site?
@@BEVERLYRANDOLPH-lx4qu odif grippy spray. It really works
Kena quilts I loved the green and blue jelly rolls. I like bright, fun fabrics
Her fabric choices are amazing
Yes it would be good to have the Batty Lady on your channel. 👍🏻
I should talk with her.
As a faraway grandma, you had me at the QR codes 🥰 I had no idea. I subscribed so I can find your video showing it. Please do another video 😊
Do you mean do another video on the QR codes, or Do you want me to go to another show.
Please do a video on QR codes, I'm intrigued
I do love Quilters select rulers, truly the beat out there!
I think so too.
I was not able to attend Road2CA this year, but your video on the products where FANTASTIC. I have already ordered several items and own several: like Cutapillar, Purley Gate, Sweet Pea, and a longarm.
It sounds like I need to come to your house for a video
@MACoutureCrafting - I lived in LA for almost 30 years and retired to KY - about 80 miles from Paducah. I usually go to that show for classes and shopping.
@lindacrawscott Paducah is an amazing show too.
Nice. I should have filmed the Elna's too. You are right they are the same.
Yes !!!! I agree anything with Kena will work !!!
I've got some ideas in mind.
What great info she had to share! thank you!
I'm happy to share all the things
I have a Horn of America sewing table - cost me a paycheck but worth every penny! the flaps on mine are on the end, not the back which is easier for me, I keep one up and close when when I am using my quilting machine - allows more room to get around. Also note that if you get an acrylic square, you can take out the machine, sit a small lamp underneath and wa-la - you have a light box! I also use weights to hold my rulers in place, I use the cheapo suction cup "handles" from Harbor Freight to hold on to the rulers!
This information was so helpful. If you haven't done so already try Quilters Select rulers
@@MACoutureCrafting I have a wall FULL of rulers - you name the size - I have it!! If you have not gotten a Martelli rotary cutter, they are amazing - I remember when their sons would do the shows - they were handsome fellas and boy did they sell stuff!!
@@jimbo0715 I have the Martelli cutters. They are still at all the shows going strong.
I love the TCM binding tool. Use it all the time.
I've been reaching for it lately too
