Land O Lakes Neighborhoods, the best places to live in Land O Lakes Florida

We all know people are moving to Florida and a lot are moving to Tampa. Tampa and the Tampa Bay area have seen phenomenal growth over the last 8 or 9 years.
That growth as spilled into Pasco county. Into towns like Lutz, Odessa, Wesley Chapel and Land O Lakes. Land O Lakes Florida has become a very popular place to live.
So, what makes Land o Lakes neighborhoods some of the best place to live in Tampa?

I really like your videos. Don't change anything. Thank you for your response to our questions the other day. We are the couple from Germany (originally from CA). We are coming next year, July 2023, but we have already started our "house and area research." I like the Odessa, Land O Lakes and the surrounding area north of Tampa. So far those areas are checking the right boxes for me. Schools and low crime rate are very important. We will keep you in mind as our time gets closer...

Great video, we are considering Land O Lakes, or Lutz. We visited twice last year, renting an Airbnb in each city.

LOL has come a long way over the years! There are a bunch of restaurants in the area. Some of the best BBQ is at Hungry Harrys. Give them a try next time you are in town!

How do the sinkholes affect land o lakes?

Hey Jim, I would be remiss to say they don't affect the area. The last one that I know of was in 2017. I would imagine dealing with sink holes is like dealing with earthquakes or other natural disasters. They happen!

@@YourTampaRealtorsthere was a sinkhole at the Publix parking lot near connerton a couple months ago. Wasn’t that big so I’m not surprised you don’t know of it.

@@SoloBad1 If there was, I have not heard about it. Normally, any mention of a sinkhole gets the TV crews out there. The last one I know of was in 2017.
