    Thank you. This was worth it for the block under the knee tip, which allowed me to feel the stretch laying down with no knee pain.

    What if the person needing the stretch is flexible and these don’t do anything? I am having this problem.

    My arms are bent when holding my legs back, for the standing up one is that just because of my proportions or am i doing it wrong 😂
