Good Feedback. My thinking was that the air vent ventilation would be best visible from back light, that would be more interesting that the general image which is available online. But seeing how it came out, yea.
They do fit under the motorcycle jeans and Rev't Tornados 2's if you first remove the knee protection of those. I've not tried them with normal jeans - which I suspect would be too narrow to allow them. In general I think they are intended to be worn over normal pants or under motorcycle pants.

Can the leatt dual axis go under pants or designed to be worn exterior?
