Yea that’s wild they are doing that in 2023, only possible reason is because it’s from the actual prizm set

Yea 100 and 130 are great because even if it’s a little big it’ll still work just fine
I get what you are saying about the prizm. In fairness every rookie card I got from prizm retail boxes written on the back without the shine. Yeah it's the sellers screwup but ultimately Panini should have caught that originally.
Yea kinda drives me crazy when panini does that instead of only doing it for actual “prizm” cards or change the verbiage to say “silver” in small text on the back
