If a team were in contention for a faster time they would be picking attack/defense as the opposing team would be picking the map. Defending first is seen as advantageous especially in OWL so a team would not risk giving that up to prioritize match time.
Yeah they could've won faster if they picked super from the first game, but they decided to leave their secret weapon for the last match to not fully destroy the titans mentality

Smurf, OGE, Fearless. There are a lot of VERY good Winston's in the league. It's hard to call when the teams are mismatched because to truly call it you have to judge individual skill plus team play.
I'd say Smurf right now is the best main tank. His coordination with the shock lineup and superstar level orisa and Winston (dunno about rein, he never plays him) makes him the best imo.
The messed up part about shock is I bet everyone on the team could swap with their duo(Smurf off tank, Choi main tank, Taiyo Tracer, Striker Genji, Twilight Zen, Viol2t Brig) and they could still destroy at least a 4th of the league.

idk about this statement tbh. obviously to be in OWL he is very good, but inside of OWL I don't see him being dragged down by the rest of vancouver. Obviously Shredlock and carcar are weak spots but dalton, shockwave, and ksaa are very talented individual players (roolf isn't a weak spot but doesn't stand out either). That's their issue though. They are very talented individual players in a game that doesn't care about how good you are on your own. Overwatch cares about how much team value you get, how much you take advantage of the team value your teammates make, and how well you're synergising with your team. Dalton is miles better than Super on genji, but on attack Super got more value than Dalton. Yes, he has a much more talented team, but he got more value for his team by playing smart. It does not matter at the end of the day in ow if you're a skilled individual, if you cannot play as a team.
